The Board of Directors ("the Board") of HEB wishes to announce that the External Auditors of the Company, Azman, Wong, Salleh & Co had indicated their intention not to seek for re-appointment as the Auditors of the Company and their term of office shall cease at the conclusion of the forthcoming Fifth Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 273(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

In replacement thereof, the Board is proposing to shareholders that KPMG PLT to be appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
