The Board of Directors of HEB wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Adoption of New Constitution”) at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting (“4th AGM”) of the Company.

The Proposed Adoption of New Constitution is made mainly to be aligned with the Companies Act 2016, the updated Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and other relevant regulatory provisions, to enhance administrative efficiency and promote greater clarity.

The details of the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution will be set out in the Appendix A of the Notice of 4th AGM which to be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
