On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants has been completed today following:-

i) the admission of the Warrants to the Official List of Bursa Securities; and

ii) the listing and quotation of 31,908,101 Rights Shares, 15,954,050 Bonus Shares and 47,862,151 Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities,

pursuant to the Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants.

As a result of the successful completion of the Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants, HEB have raised the Intended Gross Proceeds of the Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants in full.
