We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 27 October 2017, 22 November 2017 and 11 January 2018 in relation to, among others, the Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the issue price for the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM1.53 per Placement Share, representing a discount of approximately 8.4% to the 5-day VWAP of HEB Shares up to and including 21 February 2018 of RM1.67. The total number of Placement Shares to be issued is 34,182,000 Placement Shares, representing 10.7%% of HEB’s issued share capital as at 21 February 2018.

Maybank IB is the sole Placement Agent for the Placement.
