We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 29 September 2017 and 27 October 2017 in relation the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations, definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Company, Maybank IB wishes to further announce that the application in relation to the:

(i)         listing and quotation of 94,736,842 new HEB Shares at an issue price of RM1.14 per HEB Share to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition;

(ii)        listing and quotation of new HEB Shares to raise gross proceeds of up to RM52,300,000 pursuant to the Proposed Placement;

(iii)       listing and quotation of up to 31,908,101 new HEB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants;

(iv)       listing and quotation of up to 15,954,050 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants;

(v)        admission to the official list and the listing of and quotation of up to 47,862,151 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants; and

(vi)       listing and quotation of up to 47,862,151 Exercised Shares,

has been submitted to Bursa Securities today.
