Further to the Company’s announcement dated 29 September 2017 in relation to the Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) for the Proposed Acquisition, on behalf of the Board of Directors of HEB (“Board”), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that the Company has on even date entered into a conditional share sale agreement (“SSA”) with the shareholders of SMHB Engineering (collectively, the “Vendors”) for the Proposed Acquisition.

In addition, on behalf of the Board, Maybank IB also wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake the Proposed Placement and the Proposed Rights with Bonus Issue and Warrants.
