Further to the announcements made by the Company on 18 July 2016, 26 August 2016, 15 September 2016, 13 October 2016, 25 October 2016 and 17 November 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the litigation has been resolved without any payment of damages, with no order as to costs and without liberty to file afresh. A Consent Judgment has been filed on 28 September 2017.

Based on the above, the Board is of the view that the agreed resolution will not have any material impact on the financial and operational position, order book and future earnings of the Group.
