We refer to the announcements dated 4 April 2017, 4 May 2017, 21 August 2017, 24 August 2017, 25 August 2017 and 5 September 2017 in relation to the Transfer. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to inform that the listing of and quotation for the entire share capital of HEB have been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 8 September 2017, marking the completion of the Transfer.
