We refer to the announcements dated 4 April 2017, 4 May 2017, 21 August 2017 and 24 August 2017 in relation to the Transfer. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to inform that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 August 2017 approved the Transfer under the “Trading/Services” sector.
The Transfer will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
