On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that HEB proposes to undertake the following:

1. Proposed transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital of the Company from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Proposed Transfer”); and
2. Proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer (“Proposed Amendments”).

The Proposed Transfer and Proposed Amendments are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”.
