The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting: (i) Proposed Shareholders' Ratification for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and (ii) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature. A Circular to shareholders and Annual Report 2016 containing details of the above proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
