The Board of Directors of HEB has resolved to recommend a final single tier dividend of 1.46 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The dividend entitlement and payment dates in respect of the abovesaid proposed final single tier dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
