Abbreviations used herein shall, unless otherwise redefined, mean the same as those defined in the Company’s announcements dated 17 November 2023, 22 November 2023, 23 November 2023, 6 December 2023, 11 December 2023, 24 January 2024, 7 February 2024, 8 February 2024, 24 May 2024 and 30 May 2024 (collectively referred to as the “Announcements”). Reference is made to the Announcements made by the Company pertaining to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board of HEB, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to complete the implementation of the Private Placement will lapse on 11 December 2024, and the Company will not seek further extensions of time for implementation of the Private Placement. As such, the Private Placement is deemed completed with the listing of 12,500,000 Placement Shares on 8 February 2024 on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
