Abbreviations used herein shall, unless otherwise redefined, mean the same as those defined in the Company’s announcements dated 17 November 2023, 22 November 2023, 23 November 2023 and 6 December 2023 (collectively referred to as the “Announcements”).

Reference is made to the Announcements. On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 11 December 2023 resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 49,590,000 new ordinary shares in the Company to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Company and M&A Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;
2. M&A Securities is to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement; and
3. M&A Securities is to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is complete.
