Further to the Company's announcement dated 17 November 2023 ("Initial Announcement"), the Company wishes to further clarify and/or elaborate on the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Proposed Private Placement, particularly with regards to its expansion of business, for which RM24,434,000 is allocated from the total proceeds of RM51.57 million to be raised (based on an indicative issue price of RM1.04 per Placement Share).
