The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement dated 13 February 2023.

We refer to our earlier announcement dated 13 February 2023 in relation to the Contract Agreement with TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. appointing AFRY-SMHB Consortium to provide Owner’s Engineer Services for Life Extension Program of Sungai Perak Hydroelectric Station During Project Implementation.

HEB wishes to clarify that the total value of the contract for the Services to AFRY-SMHB Consortium is RM111,446,501 (including the 6% of Services Tax) of which the total contract value attributable to SMHB is RM22,943,615 (including the 6% of Services Tax).
