The Board of Directors of HEB is pleased to recommend a single tier final dividend of 0.63 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016. The declaration of the single tier final dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The dividend entitlement and payment dates will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later date.
