Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 January 2025 in relation to the acceptance of Letter of Notification from the Energy Commission for the development of the Project ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein. The Company wishes to announce that on 17 January 2025, the SPV, namely Unique HEB Energy Sdn. Bhd., has been incorporated in Malaysia for the implementation of the Project.
